"Real time learning, in the here and now"

I have been using experiential learning for over twenty years and all my interventions follow the experiential learning cycle shown below, where I adopt a variety of roles: observing during the "experiencing" phase, catalysing during the "publishing" phase, facilitating during the "processing" phase, modelling during the "generalising" phase and finally coaching during the "applying" and "transferability" phases. I put a great emphasis on identifying the "bridging skills" needed by each participant in order to get from "learning" to "application"
